Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we ask that you read the product description carefully before purchasing. That said, we stand behind what we make.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, email us within 14 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund — no lengthy explanation required.
We'd genuinely love to hear what didn't work for you, but it's not a condition of the refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@goelora.com with the email address used at checkout and your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email).
- We'll confirm your refund by email within 2 business days.
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
What This Covers
- The Muscle-Keep Blueprint (workbook, video content, worksheets, checklists)
- Easy Recipes (companion recipe book)
- Any bundle containing the above — refunds apply to the full bundle price, not individual components within it
Exceptions
- After 14 days: requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed case by case, but a refund isn't guaranteed.
- Repeat requests: because digital products can't be "returned" the way physical goods can, we reserve the right to decline refunds where we see a repeated pattern of purchase-then-refund on the same account.
- Chargebacks: if you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first, we're not able to also process a separate refund for the same order.
