Refund Policy

The short version

Go through the blueprint. If it isn't right for you, email support@goelora.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no forms, no runaround.

1. Who We Are

This Refund Policy is issued by MB Elora, a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania under company registration number 308053417, with registered address at Perkunkiemio g. 19, LT-12120 Vilnius, Lithuania ("we," "us," or "our"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

2. Our 14-Day Guarantee (Digital Products)

Every purchase of The Muscle-Keep Blueprint — the video training, the workbook, the recipes, and the grocery & meal-prep system — is covered by our own 14-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee.

You can watch every lesson and download every PDF and still ask for your money back. Using the program does not void your guarantee. That's what "no questions asked" means.

This guarantee is a goodwill commitment offered by us, and it applies regardless of whether your statutory withdrawal right applies (see Section 6 below).

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@goelora.com within 14 days of purchase, from the address you used at checkout.
  2. Write "Refund" in the subject line so it reaches the right place quickly.
  3. That's it. You don't have to explain yourself, fill in a form, or get on a call.

If you'd like to tell us what didn't work, we'd be grateful — it's how the program gets better. But it's entirely optional and it doesn't change the outcome.

4. What Happens Next

Once the refund is issued, your access to the course is closed and your license to use the materials ends. Please delete any PDFs you downloaded.

5. Fair Use of the Guarantee

The guarantee is for people deciding whether the program is right for them — not for repeat downloads. We may decline a refund, and may close an account, where someone repeatedly purchases and refunds, shares or resells the materials, or has already been refunded for this program before. This is the only situation in which we'd say no, and it's rare.

6. Your Statutory Withdrawal Right (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the contract date, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Digital content exception: this statutory right is lost once you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your withdrawal right — via the separate, unchecked-by-default checkbox in our checkout. Even where the statutory right no longer applies, our 14-day guarantee in Section 2 still covers you in full. In practice, this means every customer has at least 14 days to get their money back, whichever route applies.

7. Subscriptions

Where a product or service is offered on a recurring subscription basis, cancelling stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. To cancel, email support@goelora.com — cancellation is handled at least as easily as signup.

Refunds for already-billed periods follow the statutory rules described in Section 6 and our Terms & Conditions; where not legally required, refunds for partial periods are at our discretion unless otherwise stated at signup.

8. Physical Products

Where we sell physical goods, EU consumers retain the standard 14-day withdrawal right (non-waivable), plus a further 14 days to return the item once withdrawal is declared, per the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To initiate a return, email support@goelora.com with your order number.

9. Chargebacks

Please email us before contacting your bank. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback, and it costs us less. We've never refused a request inside the guarantee window — give us the chance to fix it first.

10. Your Legal Rights

This policy is offered on top of any rights you have by law, and it doesn't replace them. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer protections available to you under the mandatory law of your country of residence. Where our guarantee and your statutory rights differ, we'll always apply whichever is better for you.

In line with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, disputes may also be submitted to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
